Rocky Mountain Sheep - 6 Photos
Rocky Mountains, Alberta, CA
N.B. All photos taken from a safe distance & location, with a long lens.
The photos below are of a Rocky Mountain Sheep nursery group, i.e. females & youngsters.
As it's Winter, everyone is in their thick wooly coats, looking for the very last remains of the now dried vegetation, depending mostly on fat reserves stored from last Spring & Summer.
Guess this Spring can't come soon enough and with the onset of fresh greenery, will be the next round of lambs to enroll in nursery school.
