"YOU CAN'T JUST EAT ONE"

Having expended a great deal of calories & energy doing a lodge roof repair, it was beaver snack time before proceeding back to work.
A branch with leaves floating at the base of the lodge, was the logical choice. It was recently harvested but not newly, as the leaves were slightly crispy. Obviously like people, beavers can't just eat one, in this instance - leaves.
And far be it from me to point out, particularly to a beaver, that some of the meal was stuck to that nose. :)
